Yes. Sends throttle to a provider-safe cadence, SMS only goes to opted-in contacts with an automatic STOP footer, and organic social is draft-only — we never auto-publish to your accounts.
Can I bring my own email and LinkedIn?+
CloviReach sends on owned delivery integrations so you reach prospects on your own domain. LinkedIn steps run inside the same sequence.
How do you handle deliverability?+
We rate-limit sends and track engagement honestly. Dedicated inbox-warmup and rotation depth is a specialty of the deliverability category — we're transparent about that on our Compare page.
Are you GDPR-friendly? Can contacts be deleted?+
Yes. Data export and deletion are live, and lead-capture forms carry consent. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
Will CloviReach replace my CRM?+
No. CloviReach feeds CloviCRM — replies and engagement sync into it. It's the ENGAGE stage between CloviLeads (Acquire) and CloviCRM (Close).
Are there per-send fees?+
No. Because we run on owned delivery integrations, pricing is flat by contacts and seats. Pro overage is a transparent $0.04/contact beyond quota — never a per-message surprise.
How does the trial and cancellation work?+
Every plan starts with a 7-day trial via CloviPay. Cancel anytime; if you cancel during the trial you are not charged. There is no free tier.
Do you do video?+
Video messaging is on the roadmap (Coming soon) — it is not currently offered and never appears as a live feature or price line. The same goes for WhatsApp and voice.
