Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains billing, cancellation, and refunds for CloviReach subscriptions. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. The 7-day trial

Every plan starts with a 7-day trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged — no payment is taken for a cancelled in-trial subscription. If you do not cancel, your plan begins and the first charge is taken when the trial ends.

2. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it is not renewed.

3. Refunds

• In-trial: no charge occurs, so no refund is needed.
• After a charge: monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current period, since you retain access through the end of that period.
• Billing errors: if you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will correct it.

4. Overage charges

Usage beyond your included quota (for example, contacts beyond a plan limit) is billed at the overage rate shown on the Pricing page and is non-refundable once incurred.

5. Proration

If you upgrade mid-cycle, the change is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
