These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CloviReach, a product of CloviTek AI ("CloviReach", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CloviReach is a multi-channel lead-engagement platform for building and running outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and draft social, with engagement tracking and CRM sync. Features described as "Coming soon" are roadmap items and are not part of the service you are subscribing to today.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your team members' use of any seats.

3. Trial and subscription

  • Every plan begins with a 7-day trial through our checkout. There is no free tier.
  • Unless you cancel during the trial, your subscription begins and your chosen plan is charged at the end of the trial.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; see our Refund & Cancellation terms.
  • Plans are sold by contact quota and seats. Overage beyond an included quota is charged at the rate shown on the Pricing page.

4. Acceptable conduct

You agree to use CloviReach lawfully and in line with our Acceptable-Use Policy, including all applicable anti-spam, consent, and data-protection laws (such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and the GDPR). You are solely responsible for the contacts you import and the messages you send.

5. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the contacts, lists, and message content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. AI-generated output

Copy generated by our AI features is labeled "AI-recommended" and provided as a drafting aid, not a guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any message before it is sent.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable-Use Policy, for non-payment, or to protect the service and other users. You may terminate at any time by cancelling and deleting your account.

8. Warranties and disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular outreach outcome (such as reply or meeting rates). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloviTek AI's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date and, where required, notified to you.
